For your own comfort we cannot accept more than 16 persons,
child or adult, except in the case of children under two years of
age.
Two folding cots and a high chair are available.
-Bed-linen
is provided, including pillows and blankets.
-Water
consumption is not charged.
-Electricity
use over 200 Kw/week is charged at 0,15 Euros /Kw.
-Insurance
: We are covered for all normal risks, but you are
obliged to be covered for holidays and the swimming pool.
-Holiday
tax (French "Taxe de séjour") : 0,80
Euros per day
per person over 12 years.
-Service
fees : House-keeping costs at the end of the stay of 100
Euros
- animals won't be accepted
Reservations :
Reservations are made by the advance payment of 25%
of the total letting costs (by cheque, eurocheque, or postal order).
As soon as your reservation has been received we shall send you a
receipt to confirm the booking.
The balance remaining due must be paid on arrival.
You will be asked to deposit
a cheque of 500 Euros when you arrive, to cover any damage to the
house, furniture or fittings.
Your deposit will be returned to you in the week following your
departure, taking into account the state of the premises.
