On a property covering 40 acres, 500m above sea level, this renovated ancient farm house offers a fantastic perspective over Aubenas and the Besorgues Valley. In this enchanting corner of Ardèche, you will discover an unspoilt nature, enjoy numerous rivers (Besorgues, Volane, Ardèche...) which will help cool you down during the long summer days, or which you can fish in. Go in search of the unexpected and varied panoramas which abound here.

If you so wish we can prepare circuits for you to drive or walk. You can- also go hiking with a local guide (Walking shoes are strongly recommended).

The gîtes are in the mas (farmhouse), they have an independent entrance and can welcome between 2 and 4 people (see description).

The guest rooms (from 2 to 3 people) are all fitted with a washing area (shower, toilet, basin). From the interior courtyard you can enter directly an independent kitchen, all in stone, to which you have continual open access (there is also a fridge and a micro wave oven, gas, crochery, barbecue in summer...) at your disposal. You also have direct access to a shaded terrace where you can relax and enjoy the views.

IN SITU:
- the swimming pool (*) and its solarium await for a cure of total relaxation.
- guest table on reservation, except July and August.
- in July and August, possibility of dishes cooked to carry (specialities ardéchoises and regional): on reservation.
- possibility of wellbeing massages.

IN THE VICINITY: rivers, fishing, rock climbing, speleology, canyonning, canoeing-kayaking, tennis, mini-golf, horseback riding... Open air balls, local markets, evening markets, artisan markets, exhibitions...
