Pioneers in natural and balanced health food we have always preferred products issued from controlled organic agriculture. As a specialist of cereal-based food we do not disdain other products.

We offer fruit and vegetables, fresh products, meat, fresh bread and everything healthy which gives you pleasure to eat.Health, beauty and hygiene take up a large part of our shop : our food complements and plant department offers a wide choice of carefully selected products. We have the solution if you are stressed, tired, if you have trouble sleeping, heavy legs or difficulties that incur with age.

Soft and natural cosmetics are represented by top quality brands contraining natural and controlled ingredients elaborated with no animal testing.

We have been in the health food business for more than 20 year ; first on street markets then in our shop at "place de l'hotel de ville", we can advise you thanks to our "Diplôme de conseiller en nutrition (nutrition adviser)" from the Institut UNADIET, our "diplôme avec mention" (with distinctions)" de l'Institut de Naturopathie presided by Robert Masson and a training course under the supervision of Claudine Uhu at the "école de plantes".

Due to close contact with other shops in Rhône-Alpes, we keep ourselves abreast of all the new products and we choose in order to always offer you the best.

The shop is open from tuesday to saturday, from 8.30 to 12.15 pm and 2.00 to 7.00. We also send mail orders of all nutritional complements, plants and soft cosmetics anywhere in France. Our shop is opposite the car-park, place de l'Hôtel de ville.
